Carbon Finance and Climate Projects
S&M is developing and implementing projects with measurable potential for greenhouse gas emission reduction, carbon sequestration, and carbon removal. These initiatives are designed to generate certified carbon credits under internationally recognized standards while creating sustainable economic opportunities for rural communities and green enterprises.
Measurement, Reporting, and Verification (MRV)
S&M is building institutional capacity and technical systems for carbon accounting, emissions monitoring, and climate impact reporting. This includes the development of MRV systems, baseline assessments, emissions reduction methodologies, and stakeholder training to support transparent and credible climate finance implementation.
Nature-Based and Circular Climate Solutions
S&M promotes nature-based and circular approaches that contribute to climate mitigation and adaptation, including soil carbon enhancement through regenerative agriculture, organic waste diversion and composting, waste-to-resource systems, agroforestry and ecosystem restoration, renewable energy integration, sustainable land management practices.
Climate Resilience for Rural Communities
Through its integrated implementation approach, S&M supports farming communities in adapting to climate variability by improving soil moisture retention, diversifying income sources, promoting water-efficient systems, and strengthening sustainable agricultural production practices.
